Have you heard?! We’ve got two brand new teas that have just launched today! Lots of hard work and effort behind the scenes over the last few months has resulted in a fabulous new earl grey strong and a new Darjeeling.
We have had lots of requests for a stronger earl grey tea and it is very common for tea drinkers to “make their own” tea using a breakfast teabag and an earl grey teabag – so we have done it for them! The earl grey strong still contains 30% darjeeling tea so really is a cut above the rest, but it has more strength and body than the standard Darjeeling earl grey. Sounds good to us!
And our new Darjeeling? Well, we really think it knocks the socks off other darjeelings. It is the first single estate tea we stock which we are really excited about. We are sourcing from the Happy Valley estate in Darjeeling and we’ll be regularly in touch with the tea estate to hear about production and growing. It’s great to have such a strong connection to our tea estates and we are looking forward to sharing all the news and ins and outs on the teapigs blog.
