We are looking for a confident, friendly, computer literate, detail orientated individual to look after our lovely trade customers.
You will be dealing with a wide range of customers – independent café and deli owners, farmshops, garden centres and restaurants.
You will be the main ‘day to day’ contact for our trade customers and will be required to have a good knowledge of our range of teas and be able to communicate the teapigs messages. You will be working towards a team sales target, ensuring that our independent customers are ordering lots of tea.
Your role will include
- Processing orders
- Trade communication – regular eshots to the trade, involving the trade in social media
- Telesales during key periods
- Sending out trade point of sale material, make all teapigs accounts look pretty!
- Training – organising ‘tea school’ with Louise the tea taster our regular teapigs training event.
Experience of order processing would be useful but not essential. The role will be a full time permanent position.
Working hours 9.00 – 5.30. Salary – £21K plus bonus plus benefits + free tea.
