Do you love Sage, numbers and tea? Would you like to be our part-time accountant?
We are a small and friendly team in Brentford, West London. We are looking for someone to join our team for approx. 40 hours per month.
The candidate we are looking for would be able to manage
- month and year end financial close
- reporting and budgeting requirements
- monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
- monthly financial analysis and margin reviews
- overall sales and purchase ledger management
- internal and external audit management
- statutory accounts adjustments
- ownership of the financial processes and controls
- ad hoc finance projects
- working capital management
- manage existing bookkeeper (and cover when she is on holiday)
Considerable experience with Sage 200 is essential.
Experience of working in a small (and rapidly growing) business and a love of tea would be an advantage.
Working hours are very flexible. Activity will be focused around month end – Approx. 40 hours per month.
As the business grows additional hours are likely to be required.
